The Company was established in 1972, in Smithfield Meat Market. In our 40 years of existence we have developed and continue to develop our business in worldwide markets.
We have relationships with suppliers in Australasia to South America to North America and in Europe.
The dedicated team of traders, based at our UK office in Sidcup south east London, have many years experience of sourcing raw and cooked proteins to our clients requirements and specifications.

Our clients include individual restaurants, catering butchers and Industrial users of manufacturing quality meat, and are based in the UK and Europe.

We consider our strengths are in buying to clients exacting, commercial and technical requirements, being a family run business with the necessary resources to fund International Business we believe we can offer a level of service required in today’s marketplace.

We have our own dedicated logistics team, who understand the importance of deadlines and requirements of both suppliers and customers. All shipments are organised direct with the major global shipping lines, we also work with several Independent European Hauliers, enabling us to offer our clients a service of delivering 1 carton or up to 22 tonnes of boxed boneless meat chilled or frozen.
